Meet Eric Yonce

Born and raised right here in Florida’s 6th District, Eric Yonce is deeply rooted in the values of hard work, community, and public service. With parents who dedicated their lives to serving others—his mother as head of the local Realtor Association and his father as a retired police officer—Eric grew up understanding the importance of giving back and standing up for what’s right.

Eric spent over 20 years in the retail industry, where he earned a reputation for outstanding customer service, strong team leadership, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. His commitment to helping people—whether customers, coworkers, or community members—has always been at the heart of everything he does.

In 2022, Eric completed a thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail, a 2,000+ mile journey that tested his endurance and reaffirmed his belief in perseverance, simplicity, and purpose. That spirit of resilience carried him into new ventures, first entering the real estate world in 2023, and then launching his own small business in 2024, remodeling vintage Airstream travel trailers.

Eric brings a grounded, people-first perspective to politics—shaped by decades of real-world experience, working-class values, and a deep love for the district he calls home. He’s not a career politician; he’s a neighbor, a worker, and a builder—ready to fight for practical solutions and a fairer future for all.
